HOUSING GRANT—Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr. meets with Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC) Undersecretary Cecilia Alba (to Gov. Espino’s right, partly hidden) for the P8.3-million grant of the National Housing Authority to Pangasinan during the Pabahay Caravan last September 5 at the Capitol Resort Hotel in Lingayen.  The fund allocation will be used for the Resettlement Project of informal settlers located at Barangay Pangapisan Norte in Lingayen.  Joining the governor are Board Member Ranjit Shahani, Provincial Housing and Urban Development Council Officer Alvin Bigay and other officials of key shelter agencies.  (PIO Photo by Eduardo S.
