Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late BIBIANA VENEZUELA, who died intestate on August 5, 2013 at Babasit, Manaoag, Pangasinan, consisting of a Savings Account Deposit at BPI Mangaldan, Pangasinan Branch with Savings Account No. 9713-0563-99 with outstanding balance of P93,014.80, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement with quitclaim in favor of CHARLITO VENEZUELA.
