NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE

Upon extra-judicial petition for sale under Act No. 3135 as Amended, filed on February 1, 2013 by Balikatan Housing Finance, Inc., Inc., 24th Flr. BPI Buendia Center Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati against Sps. Reynaldo C. Cabuag and Alegria M. Cabuag and Sps. Romeo S. Castillo, Jr. and Consuelo C. Castillo of legal ages, Filipino Citizens with resident and postal addresses of BACTAD PROPER, URDANETA, PANGASINAN and LOT 12, BLK 4, EXISTING ROAD MARAMBA STATESIDE SUBD., BO. GABON, CALASIAO, PANGASINAN, the mortgagor/s, to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness which as of January 24, 2013, amounts to ONE HUNDRED FIVE THOUSAND & 00/100 (Php105,000.00) pesos, including/excluding penalties, charges, attorney’s and expenses of foreclosure, the undersigned Sheriff will sell at public auction on AUGUST 30, 2013 between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. in front of the Municipal Hall Bldg., Calasiao, Pangasinan to the highest bidder, for cash or Manager’s Check and in Philippine Currency, the below described property/properties, with all existing improvement thereon, to wit:

“A parcel of land (lot 12, Blk 4, Psd-1-009787, being a portion of Lot 4074, Cad. 439-D, Calasiao Cad. (AS-01-07-00003), LRC Rec. No.) situated at Bo. Gabon, Mun. of Calasiao, Prov. of Pangasinan. Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by Lot 11, Blk 4, Psd-1-009787, on the NE, along line 2-3 by Lot 14, Blk 4 Psd-1-009787, on the SE., along line 3-4 by Road Lot 4 (6.50m Wide), on the SW., along line 4-1 by Lot 10, Blk 4, Psd-1-0097897 xxx containing an area of ONE HUNDRED FORTY (140) square meters. xxx.”

The bidding will be done thru SEALED BIDS and the property will be awarded to the best and highest bidder who shall pay his bid in cash or manager’s check in Philippine currency within five (5) days from notice.

All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above stated time and date. In the event the public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on September 6, 2013 sometime and place without further notice.

Prospective buyers may investigate for themselves the Title/Tax Declaration/s of the property/properties above-described and the encumbrances thereon, if any there be.
