ORDER

A verified petition was filed praying that after notice and hearing, judgment be issued:

1.Ordering the respondent public officer, after payment of legal fees due therefore, to effect the cancellation of the annotation in the Certificate of Birth of Rullan Neil Soriano Quintos.

Initial hearing of this petition is set on August 29, 2013 at 1:30 o’clock in the afternoon, at which date, time and place, any interested person may appear and show cause why said petition should not be granted.

Let copy of this Order be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in the “SUNDAY PUNCH”, a newspaper of general circulation in the Province of Pangasinan and its cities and municipalities.

Likewise let copies hereof be furnished the Solicitor General of the Philippines, respondent Local Civil Registrar of Lingayen, Pangasinan as well as the Provincial Prosecutor for the Province of Pangasinan.

SO ORDERED.
