IRRIGATION TO FARMERS–Fourth District Rep. Gina de Venecia distributes 125 motorized irrigation pumps to farmers in the four municipalities of the district to help ensure that agricultural production will be sustained throughout the year. With her are Mayors Constante Agbayani of San Fabian, Kim Amador of Manaoag, Bona De Vera of Mangaldan, Bert De Vera of San Jacinto and representatives from the National Irrigation Administration.
