Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late LYDICA MAYUGBA, who died intestate on September 11, 1998 at Bonuan Binloc, Dagupan City, consisting of a parcel of Tobacco land, situated at Brgy., Aramal,  San Fabian, Pangasinan, containing an area of 2,580 sq. m., more or less, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement with sale of parcel of land in favor of  CORAZON DE VERA VDA. MAYUGBA, under Doc. No. 422; Page No. 86; Book No. VIII; Series of 2013 under Atty. Leoncio M. Pausanos.
