INCOMING college freshmen for the schoolyear 2014-2015 from Region 1, particularly those from poor families, can now apply for the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Science and Technology (S&T) Undergraduate Scholarship.

Deadline for filing of application is August 23 and the nationwide scholarship examination is on September 22.

Applicants from Pangasinan can submit their requirements at the Provincial Science and Technology Centers (PSTC) in Lingayen or Urdaneta or the DOST regional office in San Fernando, La Union.

Scholarship privileges include tuition and other school fees, monthly stipend, book allowance, and other benefits.
