Nos. 09-0011-0405-R and 09-0011-0406-R, is the subject of extra-judicial settlement by and among the heirs namely: JOEL and JOELLA MEI VILLANUEVA, under Doc. No. 132; Page No. 26; Book No. 8; Series of 2013, under Notary Public Laudemer I. Fabia.
