De Venecia allots 144 vocational scholarships
FOURTH District Rep. Gina de Venecia has opened 144 scholarship slots for out-of-school youths who would like to enroll in vocational courses starting this school year
The 144 vocational scholars will be in addition to the current 250 college scholars from poor families who are being sponsored by De Venecia and her husband former Speaker Jose de Venecia Jr.
The vocational scholars will be enrolled in short courses like Housekeeping, Computer Hardware maintenance, Shielded Metal Arc Welding, Food and Beverage Services, Massage Therapy, Bread and Pastry Production and Health Care Services in selected technical and vocational schools in Dagupan.
High school graduates, male or female, living in the Fourth District, are qualified to apply at De Venecia’s district office located at the third floor of Union Bank Building on A.B. Fernandez Avenue in Dagupan during office hours.
