Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late BENIGNO R. MUNOZ, who died intestate on Jan. 31, 2013 at Brgy. Balite Sur, San Carlos City, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Balite Sur, San Carlos City, Pangasinan, containing an area of 12,217 sq. meters, more or less, covered by TCT No. 24210, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement and quitclaim in favor of LOURDES M. UMBAY, SALOME M. ABARQUEZ, RUBY MAY M. JIMENEZ, GABRIEL G. MUNOZ, MARITESS M. CASTILAN, MARIA LUZ M. DIAZ and AGNES M. MOSQUERA, under Doc. No. 445; Page No. 27; Book No. V; Series of 2013, under Notary Public Atty. Narciso S. Bandong.
