UBARRO, who died on Sept. 19, 2012 at Mangatarem, Pangasinan, consisting of a Savings Account Deposit at LANDBANK Camiling, Tarlac Branch, under Savings Account No. 2621-1733-19, with a remaining balance of Php 53,739.05, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement with renunciation of rights in favor of their mother FLORENTINA D. UBARRO, under Doc. No. 20; Page No. 6; Book No. I; Series of 2013.
