Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late MAGDALENA DIAZ, who died in Malasiqui, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Agdao, Malasiqui, Pangasinan, containing an area of 4,116 sq. meters, more or less, covered by TCT Title No. 27033, is the subject of extrajudicial partition with quitclaim in favor of CRESENCIA VIRAY-PARAYNO, that certain portion of 494 sq. meters only, under Doc. No. 267; Page No. 59; Book No. III; Series of 2010, under Notary Public Atty. Carlito C. Soriano, Jr.
