Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late JUAN ESPEJO and MARIA DE GUZMAN, who died on June 10, 1998 at Region I-Medical Center, Dagupan City, consisting of a parcel of land (Residential lot) situated at Dilan, Pozorrubio, Pangasinan containing an area of 1,724 sq. meters, more or less, declared under Tax Decl. No. 016-00831-7724, and TCT No. 58395, is the subject of extra-judicial settlement of estate with sale in favor of FELIPE D. ESPEJO & ERLINDA J. ESPEJO, under Doc. No. 139; Page No. 34; Book No. 50; Series of 2013, under Notary Public Atty. Ramon J. Veloria.
