Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late LODOVICO B. SOLOMON, who died on February 5, 2013 at Urbiztondo, Pangasinan, consisting of a Savings Account No. 518-3518001923 with outstanding balance of One Hundred Sixty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Eight and Seventy-Seven cents (Php 162,748.77) and a certain parcel of land situated in Duplac, Urbiztondo, Pangasinan, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement with quitclaim and renunciation of rights in favor of ALEJANDRA R. SOLOMON.
