A WORLD-class make-up artist and several other balikbayans pledged support to Mayor Benjamin Lim’s candidacy as congressman in the fourth district of Pangasinan.

As a support to their admired official in the city, over 20 balikbayans from London and United States agreed to come home to Dagupan and help campaign for the candidacy of Lim.

One of those who expressed their support to Mayor Lim is Phillip De Vera, the popular make-up artist of showbiz personalities and socialites abroad. Others joining him are Romulo Ceralde, Victor “Bong” Paragas and other relatives of the said balikbayans.

According to the balibayans, Dagupan has been a beautiful and progressive city since Lim became the mayor so he deserves their support to ensure his victory in the 4th district where he wants to serve more.

“The operation of business in the city has been smooth and efficient so it is but fitting that we celebrate and be proud that we have a Benjie Lim.” said some of the balikbayans.
