Limgas na Dayat 2007 winners

Lingayen – Like the flowers that vivify men and the bees, Joanaliza Mejia is but some of the reasons why living in this earth, copious and crowded with million of people is worthwhile.

Reposing confidence in the ability of the fairer sex, 18-year old Joanaliza believes that women can be at par with men.

Endowed with impeccable 331/2-25-35 curve wrapped in a flawless 5’51/2 frame, she bears the regal aura and charm that made the judges’ hands down choice for the Limgas na Dayat 2007 title.

Winsome Joanaliza of Urdaneta City also reaped the Best in Swimsuit, Miss Coca-Cola and Miss Honda.

A first year student in U.P. Baguio, Joanaliza went home with the P75,000.00 purse including a trip for two to Hongkong.

Seventeen-year old Geyam Joy Tomines of Lingayen was adjudged 1st runner-up and received a cash prize of  P50,000.000 including a trip to Cebu while Arnnelynne Balolong of  Dagupan snared the 2nd runner-up trophy.

Ana Dceryl Corpuz of Manaoag town bagged the 3rd runner-up plum and also clinched the Miss Talent award while Patricia Francisco of Malasiqui was adjudged  4th runner-up and Best in Long Gown title.

The other special awards went to Maria Katrina dela Cruz of Binalonan for Miss Friendship, Braphine Sheen Palisoc of Urbiztondo for Best in Costume and Princess Bautista of Binmaley for Miss Photogenic.

Special award winners were given P5,000.000 cash prize each.

The members of the board of judges were Mr. Bernardo Babaran, VP-operations and station manager of Mirant Power Corp., Mr. Tai Miura, VP of San Roque Power Corp, Mr. Jorge Erza Bocobo, Senior Manager, IT Division, SM Inc., Denille Lou Valmonte, Bb. Pilipinas International and Ana Maris Igpit, Bb. Pilipinas World 2006.

      The pageant committee was chaired by Mrs. Hilaria Claveria, provincial budget officer and assisted by pageant director Cecille Jimenez III and staff.
