Espino urged his people to show their love for their province noting that this has been the call of his father Gov. Amado T. Espino, Jr. since assuming the leadership in 2007.

Espino as quoted by his son.

Vice-Governor Jose Ferdinand Calimlim, Jr. asked the beneficiaries to value the genuine concern and commitment of the present leadership to the people through the assistance being provided to help them ease their living conditions.

Citing the various achievement of the province, Board Member Amadeo T. Espino also reiterated what Gov.

Calimlim and BM Espino who led the provincial government team called for the cooperation of the people to make Pangasinan the best place to work, to live, invest and raise a family.
