Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late GUADALUPE VENTENILLA, who died intestate on Jan. 19, 1966, at Mangatarem, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of irrigated riceland situated at Brgy. Parian, Mangatarem, Pangasinan containing an area of 38,316 sq. meters, more or less, covered by Tax Decl. No. 317, is the subject of adjudication and waiver of rights in favor of CESAR V. OLEGARIO SR., that certain 18,236 sq. meters only, under Doc. No. 401; Page No. 80; Book No. 1; Series of 2009, under Notary Public Benedicto A. Mislang.
