ACTION SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS — Brother Mike Velarde, leader of the influential Catholic charismatic movement El Shaddai, raises the hand of Speaker Jose de Venecia Friday before the local media during their meeting at a resort in Bonuan Binloc where they agreed on the need to pursue electoral reforms. Velarde said he will endorse “Buhay” Partylist, selected administration and opposition candidates and President Arroyo’s major anti-poverty programs.
