Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late FEDERICO DE VERA CAYETANO, who died intestate in San Carlos City, on November 9, 1999, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Bo. Magtaquing, San Carlos City, Pangasinan, containing an area of 3,325 sq. meters, more or less, covered by OCT NBo. 6992, is the subject of extrajudicial partition with quitclaim in favor of SABINA LOMIBAO CAYETANO.
