Notice is hereby given that the estate of the deceased MOISES CASTILLO, who died intestate on March 23, 2011 at Casantaan, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, containing a parcel of land situated at Palapad, San Fabian, Pangasinan, containing an area of 11350 sq. meters, more or less, declared under Tax Decl. No. 028-16072, is the subject of self-adjudication with sale of portion of land in favor of ALEXANDER MARTINEZ, married to LORNA VELORIA, that certain 6,758 square meters only, under Doc. No. 224, Page No. 46, Book No. VII; Series of 2011, under Notary Public Atty. Leoncio M. Pausanos.
