Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late ROMULO DE GUZMAN VILLANUEVA, JR., who died intestate on April 2, 2012 at Region I Medical Center, Dagupan City, consisting of a parcel of land  situated at Embarcadero, Mangaldan, Pangasinan, containing an area of 13,765 sq. meters, more or less, covered by TCT No. 257604, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with absolute sale in favor of DOMINGA MAGAT-VALDEZ, married to Jose Valdez that certain whole parcel above, under Doc. No. 264; Page No. 54; Book No. III; Series of 2012, under Notary Public Atty. Gerald M. Tabadero.
