SERVICE AWARD—Mrs. Gina de Venecia receives her Outstanding Humanitarian Service Award from President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo in ceremonies held in Malacañang to celebrate the International Women’s Day. The award was conferred by the Rotary Club of Manila 101 and the International Feminist Association of the Philippines for championing the cause of the disadvantaged, especially women. With them are Tessie Tumangan of the Manila Rotary 101, the honoree’s mother, Nena Vera Perez, and her husband, Speaker Jose de Venecia Jr.
