300 percent increase on real property tax is like sin taxes on tobacco and liquor, whereby increasing taxes abruptly will dissuade people from drinking alcohol excessively and smoking like a pogon.

Increase taxes gradually and people won’t feel the pinch, enabling  government to  collect a bonanza.

Mabuti raw eto para mabawasan ang mga health related sickness from bisyo. Samantalang ang 300 tax increase ay magdudulot ng matinding sakit sa  bulsa..
