NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE

Upon extra-judicial petition for sale under Act 3135 as amended filed by the mortgagee, RURAL BANK OF BALUNGAO INC., DAGUPAN BRANCH, duly organized under Republic Act No. 729 as amended, with branch office at A.B. Fernandez Avenue, Dagupan City, thru its Branch Manager Ms. Josephine C. Martinez, against the mortgagors Spouses Joselito A. Abrio and Marietta Posadas-Abrio, of legal ages, Filipinos and residents of #89 Nibaliw, Mangaldan, Pangasinan, to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness, which as of June 15, 2012 amounted to TWO HUNDRED SIX THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY NINE PESOS and 73/100 (P206,189.73), Philippine Currency, including interest thereon exclusive of daily interest and expenses thereafter and 10% of the total amount of indebtedness an attorney’s fees, the Ex-Officio Sheriff or her duly authorized deputy will sell at public auction on December 14, 2012 at 9:00 o’clock in the morning to 4:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the main entrance of the Municipal Building of Urbiztondo, Pangasinan, to the highest bidder for cash or manager’s check and in Philippine Currency, the below-described property with all its improvements to wit:

TAX DECLARATION NO. 18375 (Urbiztondo, Pangasinan)

A PARCEL OF LAND, including all improvements thereon, Cadastral lot No. 8036, situated at Brgy. Gueteb, Municipality of Urbiztondo, Province of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NORTH by property of Roman Quitalig, on the SOUTH by a property of Isidro Licuanan, on the EAST by a property of Roman Quitalig and on the WEST by a property of Emilio Padlan xxx containing an area of FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY (4,530) SQUARE METERS, more or less. Declared under Tax Declaration No. 18375 in the name of Marietta Posadas-Abrio married to Joselito A. Abrio. Assessed at P26,800.00 for the current year, 20122 Realty estate Tax paid under Official receipt No. 0832708 dated April 11, 11 at the treasurer’s office of Urbiztondo, Pangasinan.

All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above-stated time and date.

In the event the public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on December 21, 2012 without further notice.
