THE 22nd Regional Collegiate Games of the Private Schools Athletic Association (PRISAA) Region I will be held on October 27-30 in Dagupan City and Lingayen with some 800 athletes, coaches and officials representing five PRISAA provincial and city divisions-chapters in the region participating.

Hosted by PRISAA Metro Dagupan Division, the four-day sporting event will start in the afternoon of October 27 with the traditional athletic parade from the Dagupan City plaza to the Lyceum Northwestern University campus where the opening ceremonies will take place.

Up for grabs are 900 gold, silver and bronze medals in 13 team and individual events, including basketball, sepak takraw, indoor volleyball, beach volleyball, athletics, badminton, chess, dance sports, karatedo, lawn tennis, swimming, table tennis, and taekwondo.

First place winners will earn the position to represent Region I in the PRISAA National Collegiate Games in April next year to be held in Cebu City.—Prisaa report/ PCC
