NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE

Upon extrajudicial petition for sale under Act 3135 as amended, filed by the mortgagee INTEGRATED SMALL FISHPOND OWNERS AND LESSEES MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE, with principal office at Biec, Binmaley, Pangasinan, represented by Mr. Ricardo C. Zamora, Manager, against mortgagor DELFIN GARCIA married to PRIMADONNA OFILAS, of legal age, Filipino and residence of Brgy. Nilentap, San Carlos City, Pangasinan, to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness, which as of September 30, 2011 amounts to PhP200,000.00, excluding interest, penalty, attorney’s fees, cost of publication and expenses of the foreclosure. The Ex-Officio Sheriff or her duly authorized deputy will sell at public auction on December 12, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. or soon thereafter at the Office of the Clerk of Court, Regional Trial Court, San Carlos City, Pangasinan, to the highest bidder for cash or manager’s check and in Philippine Currency, the following property with all its improvements, to wit:TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. (T-70200)-27112

Doyong, San Carlos City, Pangasinan. Bounded on the SW., and SE., along line 6-1-2 by Lot 6325-B of the subd. Plan; along line 2-3 by Lot 6325-A of the subd. Plan; on the NW., along line 3-4 by Lot 6314; on the NE., along line 4-5 by Lot 6325-D of the subd. Plan; SE., along line 5-6 by Lot 6326 all of Cad. 232 San Carlos Cadastre. Containing an area of ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTEEN (1,815) SQ. METERS.”

All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above stated time and date.

In the event the public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on December 19, 2011 without further notice.
