Finding the verified petition for the cancellation of Certificate of Live Birth of MEL GENESIAH L. LALUAN, particularly his Name from “MEL-GENESIA” to “MEL GENESIAH”, and his Sex/Gender, from “Female” to “Male”, sufficient in form and substance, let this petition be set for hearing on November 16, 2011 at 9:00 in the morning before this Court at which date, time and place, any interested person may appear and show cause why the petition should not be granted.

Let this Order be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the province of Pangasinan, including the Cities of Dagupan, San Carlos, Urdaneta and Alaminos, at the expense of the petitioner.

Furnish copies of his Order to the Office of the Solicitor General, Makati City, Office of the City Prosecutor, Dagupan City, Local Civil Registrar of San Jacinto, Pangasinan, Atty. Celestino Domingo and the petitioner.
