NOTICE OF EXTRAJUDICIAL SALE

Upon extrajudicial application for sale under act 3135, as amended, filed by mortgagee RUAL BANK OF ALAMINOS, INC. with principal place of business at Brgy. Poblacion, Quezon Ave., Alaminos City, Pangasinan, against mortgagor FELICIDAD SALVO Filipino, of legal age, with residence and postal address at Poblacion, Alaminos City, Pangasinan, to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness as of this date September 23, 2011, which amounts to ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P150,000.00), Philippine Currency, exclusive of interests, penalties, attorney’s fees, and other incidental expenses to be incurred in connection with the foreclosure sale, the Clerk of Court & Provincial Sheriff Ex-Officio of Pangasinan thru herein undersigned Sheriff, hereby announces that on November 24, 2011 between the hours of 9:00 o’clock in the morning and 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the Office of the Clerk of Court & Sheriffs, Regional Trial Court, Alaminos City, Pangasinan, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for Cash and Philippine Currency, the herein below-described real property, to wit:

1. TAX DECLARATION NO. 5041-ALAMINOS CITY

– “A parcel of unirrigated river land situated in Poblacion, Alaminos City, Pangasinan, with an area of 5,01433 square meters, more or less. Bounded on the NORTH, by Macario Ruiz & Tiburcio Montemayor; on teh EAST, by Heirs of Juan Rausa; on the SOUTH, by Basillo Rausa & Residential Lot of Doroteo Rausa et.al. Declared under Tax Declaration No. 5041 and with an assessed value of P7,420.00.”

2. TAX DECLARATION NO. 37857-ALAMINOS CITY –

“A parcel of residential land situated in Poblacion, Alaminos City, Pangasinan, with an area of 500 square meters, more or less. Bounded on the NORTH, by Right of way; on the EAST, by Felicidad R. Salvo; on the SOUTH by Lot 10709, Felicidad R. Salvo and on the WEST, by Lot 10709. Declared under Tax Declaration No. 37857 and with an assessed value of P12,000.00.”

Prospective buyers and bidders are hereby enjoined to investigate for themselves the title of the above-described real property, and encumbrances thereon, if any there be.
