Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late EMETERIO CAYABYAB, SR.,  consisting of a parcel of land situated at Telbang, Bayambang, Pangasinan, containing an area of 741 sq. meters, more or less, covered by TCT No. 22336, is the subject of extrajudicial partition with absolute sale in favor of PAULINO BUGARIN, married to Evangelene Dela Cruz that certain 345 sq. meters only, under Doc. No. 370, Page No. 73, Book No. XII; Series of 2011, under Notary Public Atty. Honorato R. Mataban.
