DEED OF SALE
Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late VALERIANO ESPERANZA, who died on July 26, 2010 at Pozorrubio, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Rosario, Pozorrubio, Pangasinan, containing an area of 232 square meters, more or less, declared under Tax Decl. No. 14128, is the subject of extrajudicial partition, with deed of sale in favor of PRESCA ALCAIDE-SERRANA, that certain 128 sq.mtrs. only, under Doc. No. 340, Page No. 69, Book I, Series of 2011 under Notary Public Joseph Emmanuel B. Cera.
