DAGUPAN CITY –The second highest official of the Philamlife of the Philippines personally awarded Saturday November 11, 2006 at the Star Plaza Hotel the (3) three Giant Presidential Cups with (3) three Plaques of Recognition to the (3) three champions on sales in Agency level, Direct Unit level and Associate Unit level to the Pangasinan De-Guzman Agency, besting other Phil-Am Life Agencies nationwide.

Philamlife top executives who attended the Victory Party and Fellowship with a theme: “Sulong Pa” included. Ariel G. Cantos – SVP  & Chief Agency Officer;  Rolando M. Cabral – VP  & Director of Agencies;  Blessie A. Visaya- AVP and Superintendent North Luzon, hosted by Engr. Mario A. de Guzman – Agency Manager;  Anicia Q. de Guzman-Unit Manager; Ricardo G. Angel – AUM; Gliceria S. Cervantes – AUM;  Ramon T. Bautista – AUM and Jeff Mark S. Po- AUM.
                          

Agency Manager  Engr. Mario de Guzman won the title – 2006 Champion Provincial Agency Level (ordinary life) with a plaque of Recognition in garnering the First year Premium Income FYPI- P4,639,660 for 3rd Quarter only;  Unit Manager  Anicia Q. de Guzman was declared 2006 Champion Provincial Direct Unit Level (ordinary life) with a Plaque of Recognition in garnering the FYPI- P1,759,353 for 3rd Quarter only  and   still the MK challenge champion-Provincial Category, Direct Unit Level;  and Agency Unit Manager Gliceria S. Cervantes was adjudged 2006 Champion Provincial Associate Unit Manager Level with a Plaque of  Recognition in garnering also the FYPI P2,150,672 for 3rd Quarter only while Agency Development Officer Miss Virginia Revita won the President’s Medalist Award – National category.

Pangasinan-De Guzman Agency earned the Ultimate Symbol of Agency Pride, Integrity, Perseverance and Excellence of the highest level of exceptional accomplishment in growth and production for Fiscal Year 2006.

The Agency Performance for 2006 are: Fastest Growing Agency, Top YTD VUL Production, Winner  of Prestigious 2006 President’s Cup, Agency Level, Unit Direct Level, AUM direct level,  and the latest is winner of 2006 MK Challenge, Unit Level.

 Cantos, in his message, said, the performance displayed by the Pangasinan de Guzman Agency is the first in the history of Philamlife where only one agency was able to win the Presidential Cup as Champion on Agency level, Direct Unit level and AUM level along with the prestigious FYPI plaque of recognition at the same time.

“This performance is not easy to achieve, this entails a team work involving all key players from the agency manager down to the Agents” he said.

He reiterated that the performance of the Pangasinan-de Guzman Agency in Dagupan City is an inspiration these days to the Philamlife National Office to strive more to serve the clients nationwide. — A.P.E.
