NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE

Upon extrajudicial petition for sale under Act 3135 as amended filed by the mortgagee, HOME DEVELOP-MENT MUTUAL FUND (otherwise known as PAG-IBIG) with principal office at The Atrium of Makati, Makati Avenue, Makati City and with branch office at 1st -3rd Floor, Benning Realty Square, Arellano Street, Dagupan City, Pangasinan, against the mortgagor CRESENCIA G. TIBULE, of legal age, Filipino, with residence and postal address at Agdao, San Carlos City, Pangasinan, to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness, which as of June 27, 2011 amounted to TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR  HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO PESOS AND 63/100 (Php 288,472.63) excluding interest, penalties, charges, attorney’s fees, cost of publication and expenses of the foreclosure, the Ex-Officio Sheriff or her duly authorized deputy will sell at public auction on  OCTOBER 3, 2011 at 9:00 o’clock in the morning to 4:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the main entrance of the Office of the Clerk of Court, Regional Trial Court, BLISS-Pagal, San Carlos City, Pangasinan, to the highest bidder for cash or manager’s check and in Philippine Currency, the following property with all its improvements, to wit:

All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above-stated time and date.

In the event the public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on October 10, 2011, without further notice.
