NOTICE OF EXTRAJUDICIAL SALE

Upon extrajudicial application for sale under act 3135, as amended, filed by mortgagee BANCO DE ORO UNIBANK INC. with office address at BDO Corporate Center, 7899 Makati Avenue, Makati City against mortgagors SPS. JUSTO A. BERGONIA & EVELYN R. BERGONIA, both Filipino, both of legal age, both with residence and postal addresses at Lot 13770-B, National Road, Palamis, Alaminos City, Pangasinan; Garcia St., Manalo Compound, Alaminos City, Pangasinan and c/o BERGONIA PIGGERY FARM, Dulacac, Alaminos City, Pangasinan to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness which as of May 2, 2011 amounts to TWO MILLION FOUR THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE AND 72/100 PESOS (2,004,125.72), Philippines Currency, including interests, penalties  and other charges in Philippine currency, as shown in the statement of account, except for other incidental charges to be incurred in connection with the foreclosure sale, the Clerk of Court & Provincial Sheriff Ex-Officio of Pangasinan thru herein undersigned Sheriff, hereby announces that on SEPTEMBER 8, 2011 between the hours of 10:00 o’clock in the morning and 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the Office of the Clerk of Court & Sheriffs, Regional Trial Court, Alaminos City, Pangasinan, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for Cash and Philippine Currency, the herein below-described real property, to wit:

“A parcel of land (Lot 13770-B of the subdivision plan, Psd-01-049474 being a portion of Lot 13770 Cad. 325-D, Alaminos Cadastre L.R.C. Rec. No. ____) situated in the Barrio of Palamis, Mun. of Alaminos, Province of Pangasinan. Island of Luzon, Bounded on the SOUTHEAST, along lines 1-2-3 and 3-4 by Lot 13770-B of the same subdivision plan, Psd-01-049474; on the SOUTHEAST, and SOUTHWEST, along lines 4-5 and 5-6 by lot 13770-C of the subdivision plan, Psd-01-049474 and on the NORTHWEST, along lines 6-1 by Lot 1102-G Cad.-1-002742 (OLT) road widening (8.00m. wide) Beginning at point mark “1” on plan of Lot 13,770-B Psd-049474 being South 11 deg. 46′ W., 1326.67m. from B.L.L.M. No. 1, Cad. 325-D, Alaminos Cadastre. Containing an area of NINE HUNDRED THIRTY SEVEN (937) SQUARE METERS, more or less.”

Prospective buyers and bidders are hereby enjoined to investigate for themselves the title of the above-described real property, and encumbrances thereon, if any there be.
