Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late SPS. EMETERIO J. PUZON and JOSEFINA F. PUZON, consisting of a Five (5) parcels of land situated at Sta. Barbara and Calasiao, Pangasinan, containing an area of 7,692, 4,573, 7,014, 6,372 and 134 sq. meters, covered by TCT Nos. 243709, OCT P-40420, OCT P-40973, OCT No. P-45202 and Tax Decl. No. 31403, are the subject of extra-judicial partition with quitclaim and absolute sale in favor of ANNADORA P. AQUINO, that certain Four (4) whole parcels of land.
