All set for 5th Filipinos Making Waves Festival
PANGASINENSES in Canada are expected to take part in the 5th Filipinos Making Waves Festival set on August 6-7 at the Yonge-Dundas Square I in Toronto, Ontario.
The organizing committee, headed by Teresa Mendoza Torralba, overall director, and Ramon Torralba, entertainment and creative director, is now finalizing the preparations for the event, one of the biggest and well-attended annual summer festivals in Toronto,
The festival is aimed at promoting Filipino cultural heritage, music, arts, food, and crafts. There will be performances by Filipinos based not only in Canada but also from other parts of the world.
