DEOGRACIAS, who died on Dec. 28, 1998 at Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, consisting of a Five (5) parcels of land situated at Quirino Dist., Quezon City, Caloocan Norte, Canaoalan, and Mabini St., Binmaley, Pangasinan and Brgy. Malibong, Mangatarem, Pangasinan, containing an area of 225.50, 22,346, 13,953, 352 and 33,863 sq. meters, covered by TCT No. RT-124988 (168266), TCT No. 91774, TCT No. 47902, Tax Decl. No. 234 and OCT No. 13842, are the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate and quitclaim with absolute sale in favor of AURORA L. GUTIERREZ as described in 4d-1 as described, under Doc. No.  17; Page No. 04; Book No. 10; Series of 2012, under Notary Public Atty. H. Fabre Luna.
