STILL BETTER THAN NOTHING–Members of accredited groups of jeepney operators in Pangasinan crowd the registration tables for their Pantawid Pasada discount cards issued by the national government. The jeepney operators earlier described the subsidy program as pittance but welcomed it just the same. The distribution was led by Department of Energy’s Undersecretary Jose Layug Jr.
