PANGASINAN’S FIRST SANITARY LANDFILL–A boy is awed by the clinical appearance of the newly inaugurated engineered sanitary landfill of Urdaneta City in Sitio Calegu, Barangay, not exactly his idea of a garbage dumpsite. The landfill, built at a cost of P220 million, was inaugurated on April 8 by President Benigno Aquino III.
