NEW R1AA CHAMP–Governor Amado Espino Jr. proudly presents the team championship trophy to Pangasinan II represented by Schools Division Superintendent Viraluz Raguindin ending the 11-year reign of Ilocos Norte in the recently concluded 2011 Region 1 Athletic Association Meet held at the Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center. The sporting event was hosted by Pangasinan II and co-hosted by the Pangasinan provincial government. (PIO)
