SAN CARLOS CITY–A free civil registration service will be launched in all the city’s 65 barangays and will start in barangay Ano here on February 24 as part of the Civil Registration Month celebration.

The project is jointly undertaken by the City Civil Registry office and the Kiwanis Amputi’y Layag led by its president, Luisa Novilla, who is also the City Population Officer.

City Civil Registrar Lourdes Garcia said the schedule for registration is being coordinated with the mayor’s office.

The theme of Civil Registration Month celebration is “Quality civil registration in support of the national development goal.” (CIO)
