MISS DAGUPAN 2010–Joana Marie Solomon (center) will be crowned Miss Dagupan 2010 during the coronation night on December 26 as part of the Dagupan City Fiesta celebration. Solomon bested the other contenders in the beauty and brain pageant held Dec. 15 at the Dagupan City Plaza. She is flanked by Mary Ann Callejo, 2nd runner-up;
