PHINMA inaugurates new PMC

THE Pangasinan Medical Center, Inc. (PMCI) newly renovated and under new management, was inaugurated on November 29.

Aside from the ribbon cutting and blessing of the building, a ceremony was also held to mark the turnover of PMCI from its former owner, Cesar Duque, to the new administration under the PHINMA group.

PHINMA officials said the new medical center aims to provide quality health care for Pangasinenses and residents from nearby locales.

Present for the occasion were members of the board: Magdaleno B. Albaraccin, Jr.-Vice Chairman PHINMA Management; Dr. Meliton “Chito” B. Salazar, Jr.-President of PMC-PHINMA; Francisco C. Viray- Business Head for Energy and Mining/Chairman of the Board for PMC; Dr. Roy Serrano, Dr. Arlene Ann Sanchez, Dr. Nestor Rivera, Dr. Rodolfo Aquino and Ms. Daisy Montinola.

Mayors Benjamin S. Lim of Dagupan City, Jonas Castañeda of Lingayen and Mayor Irene Libunao of San Fabian and leaders of the various business sectors in Pangasinan witnessed the turn over of management from its former owners led by, Dr. Francisco Duque III, to its new administration.

To express the administration’s heartfelt gratitude for attending the special event, PHINMA provided “Gusto ko sa PMC” discount cards to all guests and people who had been a part of the celebration.

Dr. Viray and Mayor Lim cut the ceremonial ribbon before a Holy Mass was celebrated by Father Andala.

The guests were later ushered around the medical center to view the newly renovated, fully-furnished and well-decorated rooms for patient’s satisfaction, comfort and convenience.
