THE Philippine Red Cross (PRC)-Pangasinan Chapter has established a Blood Coordinating Council tasked to create programs that will promote blood donation.

Election of officers for the council was conducted October 15 at the PRC office in Barangay Herrero in Dagupan.

The newly-elected officers are Dagupan Vice Mayor Belen Fernandez, president; Dagupan Councilor Maybelyn Fernandez, vice-president: Lelia Sy, secretary: Noreen Vidal, assistant secretary: Oliver Rayos, treasurer: Jay Mendoza, public relations officer; and Arianne Badajos, auditor.

Board members are Dr. Leonard Carbonell, Police Chief Inspector Herminigildo Pablico, Rex Lor and Atty. Gonzalo Duque. (PIA-Pangasinan)
