MOST OUTSTANDING ATHLETE– Nine-year old Rejean Cheska Erfe Mejia, grade 4 pupil of La Marea Academy and a member of Joressa Taekwondo Club in Dagupan City, shows the form that made her the “Most Outstanding Athlete” besting other jins from Regions 1, 2, 3 and the Cordillera Administrative Region in the recently concluded Milo Little Olympics 2006.
