THE University of Luzon Taekwondo team reasserted its supremacy in the region by winning the major awards in the recently concluded 2006 Region 1 Inter-Schools Taekwondo Championship and the Milo Little Olympics.

The students who won in the Inter-Schools competition held at the Jose Aspiras Civic Center in Agoo, La Union last September 16 were: Bernadeth Dee, gold in Grade School division; Catherine Dee, Jane Raquel Cantillo, Josenia Bondoc and Ron Edrian Bince, gold; Shiela Uson, silver; Justin Camacho and Jesie Caragay, bronze in the Junior division.

Jeffrey Clata, Erricson Ramos and Veronica Daroya, gold; Joycelle Bautista and Rochelle Cabanayan, silver; Joel Felix Anthony, Jun-jun Sanchez and Joel Vincent Uson, bronze in Senior division.

At the 2006 Milo Little Olympics Taekwondo Championship at the CSI City Mall in Lucao, Dagupan City from September 30 to October 1, the winners were Bernadeth Dee won silver in the Grade School division; Ron Edrian Bince, gold; Catherine Dee, silver; and Shiela Uson, bronze in the Junior division.
