SM Foundation, Inc. has adopted the Rosales Municipal Health Center as part of the SM group’s advocacy to support neighboring communities of SM Malls.

With the adoption, SM Foundation has transformed the center into a Multi-purpose Health Center with an attached Children’s Activity Center.

Connie Angeles, SM Foundation, Inc. executive director for health and medical programs, said SMFI chose to adopt the Rosales Municipal Health Center in Pangasinan to improve its capability to provide cost-effective quality service and improved health care to its residents.

The adoption will also result in providing more medical and recreational equipment for the center.

The Rosales Rural Health Center is the first in Pangasinan to be adopted by SM, which operates the SM City Rosales.
