Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late ROSA JUNIO ALARIN, who died on October 10, 2003 at Modesta Village, San Mateo, Rizal, consisting of a parcel of land (Lot No. 27-B, Block No. 22, Section B, Housing Unit 2) situated at Modesta Village, San Mateo, Rizal, containing an area of 120 sq. meters, covered by TCT No. 14109, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement with quitclaim in favor of MACARIO M. ALARIN, under Doc. No. 270; Page No. 55; Book No. 1; Series of 2012, under Notary Public Atty. Benedicto P. Cayabyab.
