URDANETA CITY—A 20-year old man was arrested by the police in a drug buy-bust operation at the Sona Loleng Subdivision in Barangay Nancayasan here at around 4:55 p.m. on October 3.

The suspect was identified as Jamaludin Lindongan, alias Jamal, 20, from whom two heat- sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu were seized by operatives of the Philippine National Police (PNP) Drug Enforcement Unit of the Urdaneta Police Station.

The seized items have been sent to the PNP Crime Laboratory Service for forensic examination while a case for violation of Section 11 of article II of Republic Act 9165 is being prepared against the suspect.
