DEED OF EXTRAJUDICIAL PARTITION
Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late LEONARDA N. DE GUZMAN, who died intestate on April 15, 2012 at Nibaliw Narvarte, San Fabian, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of Coconut and residential land both situated at Nibaliw Narvarte, San Fabian, Pangasinan, containing an area of 4897.5 sq. meters, is the subject of extrajudicial partition by and among the heirs namely: Josephine, Wilfredo and Gilda, all surnamed De Guzman, under Doc. No. 036; Page No. 009; Book No. VIII; Series of 2012, under Notary Public Atty. Leoncio M. Pausanos.
